Diligence + sales-intel teams that live in HubSpot can wire Tracelight events into the CRM via the generic webhook → Zapier path. Most common pattern: case.created → deal record, alert.fired → activity timeline entry on the associated deal.

Setup

    HubSpot → Workflows → Create workflow with 'Webhook' trigger; copy the URL

    Tracelight → Dashboard → Integrations → New webhook → Kind: generic_json → paste URL + HMAC secret

    Subscribe to relevant events (start with case.created)

    In HubSpot, add downstream actions: create deal, log activity, set properties

    Test from Tracelight; confirm the deal/activity appears
