Auto-schedule the client call when an alert fires.

Client-facing PI shops can wire Tracelight alerts into Calendly to auto-create scheduling links for follow-up calls. When a high-severity alert fires, the client gets an email with a Calendly link to book the briefing call within 24 hours. Removes a manual step from the client-comms workflow.

What's in this integration

  • Generic webhook → Zapier → Calendly + email send
  • alert.fired (severity=critical) → email client a Calendly scheduling link
  • Calendly booking → calendar invite + Zoom link auto-generated
  • Optional: Zapier creates a Tracelight case comment recording the booked call

Setup

    Zapier → Create Zap → Trigger: Webhooks by Zapier (Catch Hook) → copy URL

    Tracelight → Dashboard → Integrations → New webhook → Kind: Zapier → paste URL

    In Zapier: Filter on severity=critical → Action: Email client with Calendly URL

    Test from Tracelight; client receives the email
