What if I cancel?+
Cancel any time from billing settings. You keep access until the end of the current billing period; no further charges, no clawbacks, no questions. Your data stays accessible in read-only for 30 days after cancellation so you can export.
Is there a free trial?+
Yes — every paid plan includes a 7-day free trial with no credit card required. You can also explore the public /demo without any account at all.
Can I change plans later?+
Yes. Upgrades are immediate (prorated). Downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle. Plan changes don't reset your monthly case quota.
Do you charge per user?+
No per-seat surprise. Each plan has a fixed user count (1, 5, or unlimited). You can keep using Tracelight as you grow without renegotiating per-seat add-ons.
What happens at quota limits?+
When you hit your monthly case quota, new-case creation is blocked with an upgrade prompt — but everything you've already opened keeps working: subjects, evidence, reports, monitoring, alerts. The quota window resets 30 days after first use.
